so, it all started with the manager making it a must to give all customers we serve a feedback card with effect from this june.
and then i realised Singaporeans aren't that bad afterall cos there are nice souls around.
some people bother to give compliments though they were obviously in the rush-hour crowd.
the other day I collected a whole stack of feedback cards, counted that I served like 30 customers for the day itself. Came back home half dead, yet nevertheless contented.
couldn't help it but to take my can't-make-it-handphone-camera out to take these more flattering ones..well, cos these simple short comments just really make me feel motivated to work! :)
Removed and covered the customers' names.
amongst the above, there were comments like:
"thumbs up!"
"very good"
"keep up the good work"
"thank you!"
"well-dressed and courteous"
"very professional in handling customer. pleasant and helpful"
"everything is very prompt and professional. Staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent!"
hoho. yes these are making my head swell like nobody's business.
but then again, everyone loves compliments, don't we? (:
so don't be stingy with your compliements please.
oh yes, the weekends are finally nearing! this week almost zoomed past.
gonna celebrate mummy's bdae this wkend :D
