so i headed to the salon after work today, after much procrastination during work itself.
you see, when the crowd isn't that much(esp when it's a rainy day), we do have some time to rot and ponder and daydream.

then i made up my mind once and for all to cut my hair, it's now somewhere near shoulder length!!
felt that wee bit of pinch when I saw the salon people sweeping away my brown hair that were like 3 inches long:(
but nonetheless, it feels nice to see the dry ends snipped off; you get this 'healthy hair feeling' :)
now i am thinking what's next .

the dust has settled, 19 july it shall be, my last day of this temp job:)
haha spoke to my manager today actually, and told her that 18th will be my last day.
but she very politely requested for me to help them out for one more day, so i gladly accepted as well.
afterall, i will be spending most of my time rotting at home as well , after i am done with this.
and she(manager) asked if I wanna work part-time for them in future. hahaha:) that's pretty flattering in my point of view, at least this tells what kind of a worker my manager sees me as :)
and that's pretty consoling in fact.
all i can say is WORK IS TIRING.
so, off to bed for MIDWEEK :)

it was Aaron's last day over at our workplace last thursday, so happened that I brought my camera along that day, some photo-taking when work ends.
shimah(the very cute and funny lady) and Aaron; good friends they are :)
so we got him to take a picture with the sony ericsson logo =.=

so we took with the sony ericsoon logo as well! :)
and more group photos to come! haha that's the vending machines(right backgrd) that we love. and the displays of handphones at the back.
see catherine, the new perm staff at the back? I am sitting right next to her counter! :Dactually come to think of it, I really love this job, minus the encounters with meeting RUDE PEOPLE though.
the people and technicians there are very friendly and helpful:) so unlike my sony job last year lur where there were so much office politics.
i think most likely my work will be ending in about 2 weeks' time.
one, i will be happy :) yes i know i will enjoy slacking life before sch starts.
but two, i think i will miss working at this place.
well, till then, it's another working week ahead.

the boy's award for being the 'Best Soldier of the Quarter' :) got a message from his RSM yesterday that he managed to help us get the NDP tickets for the NE show yesterday(NDP preview).
was soooo excited that we rushed to marina sq area,waited for that 'short little indian' to pass us the tickets and were off to grab some snacks from marina square for the parade.
most of the crowd were in red, but i was in black and he, in white. LOL. cos we didn't know that we were encouraged to wear red=X
was in mac intending to get our mcflurry when he mentioned about the tickets, so we took it out and see, only to realise that the date on the tickets was written to be 9 August.
apparently, the tickets looked different as those that one lady, beside us, had.
wooohoo! that's right.we got the tickets for the real thing without much effort!! :)
his RSM is a blur sotong who made us think that we were watching the NE show yesterday.
HAHAHAHA. i have never been to watch the REAL thing u know, so i am so seriously excited about NDP!!! :)))))
